Born and raised in Uganda, married in 2009 to Cameron Mitchell, a fire fighter in Edmonton since 2006. Together they have three children. With a psychology background, she served at Uganda Jesus Village Orphanage for 5 years. They also served as the overseers for 2 years. Since coming to Canada in 2011, Jennifer and Cameron served with Freedom and Fire Ministries and were inolved in missions, self-sustaining projects, education and feeding programs, and were itinerate speakers for 8 years. Over the years, Jennifer and Cameron served at Lighthouse as youth and young adults' leaders. Cameron served on the Pastor's council and currently with men's ministry. Jennifer served in women's ministry, prayer, and personal ministry. Jennifer has been on staff as lead pastor at Lighthouse since 2019. For fun, Cameron loves building and riding motorcycles while Jennifer is a home body on the couch with the kids enjoying a great movie!
